Howard Remains Maryland's Healthiest County for the Third Year in a Row
Howard County is once again the healthiest county in the State of Maryland, according to a report released today by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The County Health Rankings give counties a snapshot of the health of residents by comparing overall health outcomes (mortality and morbidity), key factors that influence health outcomes (health behaviors, clinical care, social and economic factors, and physical environment and community design), and select additional factors with other counties in the state.
